Salt Lake City

Our last night of our vacation was spent in Salt Lake City. The kids loved checking out Temple Square. Jolee calls it the "Princess Temple." Apparently, she will be getting married there! What a fun last day to an awesome vacay with my fam!

Yellowstone

No trip to Wyoming would be complete without going through Yellowstone National Park. We loved picnicing in the beautiful woods and checking out the wonderful sights. Poor Taylor slept through Old Faithful, a little too much waiting around for a 3-year-old.

Jackson Hole

Jackson Hole was a blast! The weather was so nice. It was a little whacky changing from sun to hail in 15 minutes. But we enjoyed the cowboy town and got to eat at a couple of Rachael Ray and Giada's faves. We are food network junkies!

Picking Raspberries

We picked so many raspberries at my Grandparents home in Rexburg, ID. It was so fun. Mikey ate them right off the bush! We made so much jam. Gotta love fresh berries!

Park City

We had so much fun staying in Park City. We got a great deal on a condo and were able to just hang out for a few days. We did lots of shopping, alpine sliding, and eating!

We just recently embarked on a 11 day vacation to Park City, Rexburg, and Jackson Hole. Here are a few pics from our journey up North. Oh and that is black licorice Michael has all over his face.

Celebration

We took Taylor to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate her being accident free for 2 weeks. Huge accomplishment. It took me almost a year to potty train that gal!

Officially a Big Boy!

I caved and let Mikey go up into the tunnels at Burger King. The reason why I got a picture was because I had to go up to retrieve him. My baby is a big boy now!

Donkies

Check out these crazy donkies in Blue Diamond. Rob had seen them while mountain biking one day, so we took the kids out to see them. Very fun. They came right up to the car!

Happy Fort De Dezeye

That is how my little Taylor says the Fourth of July! We decided to head down to California for the weekend. It was so nice to get out of town. We had so much fun spending the day at Laguna Beach and then hanging out with family in Mission Viejo that night. We enjoyed the 70 degree weather. It was so fun to watch my girls play with sparklers and watch the look on Mikey's face as he watched the giant fireworks. Happy Birthday America!

Hands

My Grandparents came down from Rexburg for Father's Day weekend. My Dad had this vision of 4 generations (My Dad, My Grandpa, Rob, and Michael) hands together. Melissa Brown took these pictures. Didn't they turn out amazing? Can you tell whose hand is whose?

Random

Taylor came downstairs in this little number. I love the randomness of it all. Witch hat, lei, hula skirt, bracelet, Snow White shoes, and a Super Hero cape. I love my Tay!

One year older and wiser too!

I turned 27 on June 16th. Why is 27 so much older than 26? I had a wonderful birthday. Rob took the day off and made me chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. The whole fam went to see a movie, went to lunch, and then I got a pedicure. Then that night Rob and I went to dinner at Town Square and I went shopping with my birthday money. What a fun day!

Up

Rob and I took the kids to see Up last night at the drive in. I am convinced that it is the best way to see a movie, with kids atleast. Back of your car, comfy clothes, yummy snacks that are allowed to be brought in, your kids can be as loud as they want, and the best part it was only $12 for the whole fam! For two movies. We didn't quite make it to the second movie Night at the Museum, maybe next time. What a fun night spent with my cute family!

Best Game Ever

My girls came up with what I am calling the "Best Game Ever" yesterday. They were pretending that I was the Evil Stepmother and that they were Cinderellas. I had to tell them what to do and what to clean, in a mean voice, and it got done! Beds made, playroom cleaned, toys put away, floors swept, you name it. When they would finish a task, they would say, "What shall we do now Stepmother?" Officially the Best Game Ever! :)

In with the New

A couple of week ago, the girls broke the T.V. So we used it as an excuse to get some new things. Rob picked out the T.V. and mounted it (He is so handy) and I picked out the new furniture and picture frames. My friend Melissa Brown took all of these pictures, aren't they beautiful? I love new decorations. Makes my heart happy! :)

Preschool Graduation

Jolee did it! Much stress, hard work, determination, and dedication went into Jolee's preschool graduation. Jolee got an award for "Listening and Following Directions". Very proud. Here she is at the Preschool Graduation/Pool Party with her cute teacher Mrs. Turley. Jolee is going to be in Elementary School in less than 3 months! Yikes!

Oscar Buzz?

There had better be a Oscar nod for this gem! :) I was very brave yesterday and took all of my kids to a movie by myself! I had been promising Jolee that I would take her To Hannah Montana for her last day of preschool. Then yesterday, Rob had to work late and I figured I would just duke it out with three kids. Everyone was actually pretty good and I enjoyed the craziness. I think it is cute and sad that my girls like Hannah/Miley...oh and Taylor Swift who made a cameo and the girls went crazy! They are growing up too fast!

Shark Reef

The girls and I went to the Shark Reef on Tuesday. It was fun to spend time with just the girls. It was so fun and educational. Did you know that an Octopus can open a jar to get it's food out? And who knew that Taylor would be the brave one when it came to petting sting rays? Jolee is definitely her mother's daughter in that department! My camera's batteries died at the Reef, bummer!

Jay Walking

I was visiting Universal Studios with my parents in 2003 and met Jay Leno. I was on Jay Walking and pretty much made a fool of myself. I was just being silly. They asked, "Where do they speak Gaelic? I said San Fransisco." My Jay Walking encounter turned into me flying to LA to be on Jay Walking All Stars, where I won! :) Anyway, I had forgotten about my 5 minutes of fame until last when my friend Sesily called me and said, "You were just on Jay Leno!!!" Last night was the last episode and they were showing the Best of Jay Walking. Yours truly made "The Best Of"! :)

Happy Memorial Day!

Hope everyone had a fun Memorial Day. Our fun day was filled with swimming, BBQ's, Family, Friends and of course Fireworks! I love that all of the kids are sitting on the same row together (a rarity) and that you can see the sunset out the back window in this picture!
